k550i cybershot camera

I thought my phone camera sucked completely but look how good the camera could be; These pictures were taken in my bedroom, facing the window :)










Surprisingly good. Not bad if you ask me. It's only 2mp & its picture quality aren't that bad.
Although the camera sucks really bad during the night.
Planning on getting a new phone. Need suggestions.

i) Blackberry
ii) Nokia
iii) Sony Ericsson
iv) LG
v) iPhone 4
vi) others ?
